Evening affirmation. Repeat this affirmation ten times in the evening, or whenever you start to think that maybe life is not all about working hard. Snap out of it! Remember, you are not worthy of enjoying any free time at all, especially if you'd use it for something so fulfilling as a hobby. Shame on you. Really, the nerve! Hmph.
