Tea-time affirmation. Gaze into your cup of tea and repeat this affirmation fifteen times. Do this at least once a day and by the end of one week you should feel a distinct change in your mood.

What if I don't drink tea?

ARGH!! That's so FRIGGIN" STUPID of me, because I don't even DRINK TEA!!! Why can't I be a person who drinks tea? What is WRONG with ME???!!!

Immediate results! At work on a Saturday, nothing works, and it's all my fault!

Now instead of wasting the rest of my weekend trying to fix my problem, I'm just plain angry at me. I RICHLY DESERVE the pink slip I'll be getting on Monday! I hate me SO MUCH!!

At last I see me for the total sham I am!
