Affirmations are a wonderful way to enhance and change the way you relate to yourself. For the best results, repeat these affirmations to yourself in an earnest tone several times each day. It may help to look at yourself in a mirror while saying them. If you say them loudly in public, you may also influence the way others see you.
Evening affirmation. Say to yourself ten times each evening in either a loud booming voice or a paranoid whisper. Repeat five additional times if there is a loud knock at the door or clicking noises on your phone.
